Omar with Abbas development went above and beyond to help our family by providing quality, professional, and highly skilled tradesmen to complete work at our home. Omar helped us out as a favor by giving us names and numbers of people he uses for his development projects. Not only did he call them in advance to let them know we would be calling them but once we called each vendor, they were at our home within 24 hours and the work was started that same week and in some cases the next day. Omar didn’t benefit one penny from our project. Each of the vendors we contacted per his recommendation had the upmost respect for him and were very grateful to be working with him. All of the vendors were people that I trusted to have in my home with excellent communication skills, very upfront with cost of our job and follow through was amazing! Thank you Omar for all of your help! It’s not often you find people who are not only willing to help you, but are honest and do exactly what they say they’re going to do.

Got a permit, saved as much of the tiles as possible, working with honesty and integrity to help a victim. Abbas development has just built a very lovely home for us, almost on the schedule , after adjusted for the delays from unprecedented twin hurricanes in two weeks.
Omar is a no nonsense mover and shaker and runs his company very efficiently and smoothly. He was on top of the things that were going on with the construction. He seemed to have very good working relationships with the city and its inspectors, The subs were very professional and did very good jobs.
Nicko Abbas was our supervisor for the construction, He made seamless schedules and managed the subs very effectively. He always responded to our texts, requests and questions on a timely basis without exceptions , even at midnight or on weekends. His follow up services after the certificate of occupancy was issued, have been excellent above and beyond the call of duty.
In essence, we are very pleased and satisfied with the final finished product that we are happy to call it home.

So me and my family decided to buy a new construction home in Tarpon Springs and did our research on builders. Everything led us to Abbas Development led by Omar Abbas. Like me, he was extremely detailed and you could tell he was passionate about what he does. With us wanting to be next to the Gulf it was important the home be built up and designed to withstand storm surge. Having solid concrete pillars and break away walls on the lower levels, the house is ready to take on any storm. With Hurricane Helene and now Milton passing through we couldn’t be more thankful for the superior construction. A majority of the houses on my street suffered severe storm surge damage but you wouldn’t even know our house saw any storm. On top of the elite construction, the design and interior finishes exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a new construction home to look amazing and dominate any storm, Abbas Development is the only choice. PERIOD!

Abbas Development is a highly detailed, efficient, professional builder who pays attention to each step of the process. At no time did we feel that they were trying to cut corners or taking too long to address items in each phase of the build. The day we met for the first time, the permits had just been approved by the city for our home. From the day we signed the contract to the date of completion was just under 5 months.

Being able to be present for each stage of the building process (after permits of course), we were able to make selections for all of the finishes in the house. We were so fortunate that Abbas Development does not chose low end builder grade finishes as the "base" level product. While we did choose to upgrade a few things, I am confident that even if we had not made other selections tailored to our personal design, the finished product would have been equally as nice.

Working with everyone on the Abbas Development team has been a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this builder for your next project. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and are so thankful that we have the opportunity to call this beautiful house our home.
